Delivery Information

Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a 1–7 business day processing period prior to dispatch or collection from our store. Processing time includes order picking, preparation, and packaging and is separate from the estimated shipping or delivery time. During periods of high demand, the full processing period may be required before your order is shipped or becomes available for collection.

1. Store Pickup
Select “store pickup” to pick up your order from our store. Once the products have been collected together, you will be notified electronically (e-mail) confirming that your order is ready.

2. Geniki Taxydromiki Courier
The products are delivered to the address specified, and for most areas of Greece this usually takes 1-3 working days. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that will also include the shipping/tracking number. By typing this number in to the search bar on the courier website, you will be able to see the progress of your order.

The charges are as follows:
For purchases from Greece, the charge is 3,5 €
For purchases from Cyprus the charge is 10 €

Cash on delivery charge 2,50€.
The above prices include VAT.

Orders above 100€ qualify for free shipping for Greece only.
Sending products with another courier, the costs are borne by the customer.
Goods are transported at the customer's risk.

3.Transport Agency
Your order will be sent with a partner agency in 3-6 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email with the contact details of the agents that were used for your order.
With this method of shipment, cash on delivery is not available.
The final prices of the products do not include the shipment costs of the respective transport agency.
Goods travel at the customer’s risk.

4. International Shipping cost calculated on checkout based on weight. All international shipments are sent via DHL.
