If you wish to exchange or return a product you have purchased, you have 15 days from the date your order was shipped to do so.
For products you have ordered through the e-shop, changes and returns can only be made through the e-shop, in accordance with our policy, as detailed below.
All our products are subject to quality control before shipment. For this reason they must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received them with their complete packaging. Any indication that the product has been used cancels the possibility of change.
Changes are not accepted for products on sale.
The applicable exchange cost per shipment is 2€ for Greece.

Exchanges are made “hand to hand”. You inform us by telephone/email which product/s you would like to return, and which product/s you would like them to be replaced with. We will send the package with the replacement products to you by courier. You simply hand them the package you would like to return to the courier employee.
In the case of a defective product, you should contact us immediately in the indicated manner in order for us to deal with the issue and proceed - as the case may be - with either repairing the product or replacing it or refunding your money.
All refunds will be made with the same payment method that you used for your purchase. The exception is the case where you have paid by cash on delivery, in which case the refund will be made by depositing the full amount into the bank account indicated by you.
