Variable Weight (w/ Quick Release System)

The ONE SHOT quick release 5kg lead with its particular system is the most practical and high quality option for variable weights. With its quick release system, the use of variable weights becomes easier and safer. The release is achieved by using only one hand, without interrupting the freediver’s relaxation and concentration. The quick release lead is available at 5kg, 7kg or 8kg, and 10kg. Combine it with One Shot’s large Line Winder! The quick release system is also sold separately to adapt to any variable lead. The use of variable weights requires experience.
